Located in the Burgess Hotel, Fia is a warm and welcoming neighborhood restaurant by Apicii Hospitality and Chef Daniel Porubiansky. Inspired by the rustic cooking of the Western Mediterranean, Fia specializes in prime meats, seafood, and vegetables infused with regional flavors and cooked on the wood-fired grill. Housemade pastas and shareable sides of the season’s freshest, local produce round out the menu.
