In collaboration with food network star and chef, Geoffrey Zakarian, and Montage Hotels and Resorts, APICII developed the concept for both Georgie Restaurant and The Garden Bar.

In collaboration with the owners of The Setai, APICII developed new restaurant and bar concepts and provided programming and activation for over 45,000 square feet of event space. The property includes a signature restaurant and grill, courtyard lounge, beachside food truck, pool and beach bar.

APICII collaborated on the restaurant, bar, lounge and rooftop restaurant for the Proper Hotel, totaling to over 20,000 square feet of space. 

The project was in partnership with The Kor Group, Frank Stork and Channing Henry working with interior design firm, Kelley Wearstler Design Studio, to convert the 90 year old property into a boutique hotel under the Proper Hotels brand.

Apicii collaborated as part of the due diligence and underwriting process to  evaluate the third party F&B operators for the Beekman Hotel and Condominium.

The 1980's ten-story landmark building and adjacent 51-story condo, was converted into a luxury, 287-room hotel with 68 residences. The powerful duo that operates the restaurants are the two James Beard winners: Keith McNally, owner of Balthazar and Pastis, and Tom Colicchio, owner and chef of Craft Hospitality.

Apicii collaborated on the new concept for the Ritz-Carlton restaurant, bar and lounge.  

The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia is a spectacular landmark building in the heart of Philadelphia's downtown business district. The property has 300 guest rooms and more than 26,000 square feet of event space.

Apicii operates all the F&B for Holston House in Nashville, which includes their signature restaurant, lobby bar, lounge and rooftop pool bar. As part of the $65 million renovation of the former James Robertson Hotel, the 190 boutique lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Downtown is set to reopen in 2017. 


APICII is providing underwriting, programming and third-party chef partnerships for the Pendry Hotel. In addition, we are developing all of their F&B concepts. In partnership with Combined Properties and AECOM, we are developing the restaurant, bar and pool areas which total to over 35,000 square feet of space.

APICII provided third-party chef partnerships for the new restaurant and lounge at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove in Miami. 

Built in 2002, The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove is a AAA 5-Diamond luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Coconut Grove, Miami's historic bayfront neighborhood. Inspired by the Italianate style of Villa Viscaya, this luxurious Ritz-Carlton includes 19,000 square feet of meeting space, an award winning lounge, a signature restaurant and full service spa.

Apicii collaborated with Montage Hotels and Ohana to conceive and launch new concepts for the five restaurants, bars and lounges totaling to more than 50,000 square feet of space.

The luxury, ski-in ski-out, Deer Valley resort features 221 guest rooms and residences and is one of North America's finest mountain resorts.

APICII provided underwriting for the F&B of the the 40-story St Regis Hotel in San Francisco. The property, designed by Skidmore Owings and Merill, opened in 2005 in the City's SoMa district. It includes 100 branded residences rising 19 floors above a 260-room hotel.

Apicii provided underwriting for the catering portfolio and operations of the highly regarded Cipriani establishments at both the 42nd Street location (featuring over 14,000 square feet of space) and the Wall Street location (featuring over 18,000 square feet of space).
