Apicii provided a strategic assessment of this beachfront, groups-oriented resort and convention center development, and developed three F&B venues for the property: a signature Italian steakhouse; a casual beach café; and a multifunctional beach club featuring a tiki-inspired F&B program, games areas, cabana service, membership program, and stationary surfing pool.
