Apicii developed and manages all F&B at the Wave Resort in Long Branch, NJ, including two restaurants (100 Ocean and Ebb’s Coastal Kitchen), two quick service concepts (Orilla’s Tacos and Branch Burger), the lobby-level coffee shop and grab & go (Buzzbait) the hotel’s pool deck, and all event spaces at the property.
