Chef Casey Lane's al fresco, poolside restaurant features Coastal Mediterranean cuisine. With an outdoor oven nestled in a gazebo, our team creates elevated versions of classic dishes such as flatbreads, whole branzino, and dry aged beef skewers. Chef Lane prides himself in using local purveyors and California produce which lends to a broad selection of seasonal salads and sandwiches.
