Engaged by Lincoln Property Group to provide master plan development advisory for the development and operation of the Main Street at The Village in Dallas, TX. The Village is one of the most innovative residential communities in the US, encompassing 8,000 residential units. Apicii is advising on the development and operating platform for this 250,000 sq. ft. mixed use retail development, consisting of a hotel, shared office facility, membership club, food hall, five destination F&B venues, fitness facility, and extensive outdoor programming.
