APICII provided F&B Concept Development and Advisory for the development of the F&B operations at the new resort community development of MONTAGE LOS CABOS.  The property features a premiere beachfront hotel with 122 guest rooms and suites and 52 residences, multiple dining venues, 2 pools, Spa Montage, expansive indoor and outdoor event spaces, and a 75,000 SF Beach Club.
