As Director of Marketing for Apicii, Lexe Kiss leads the development of the culinary and beverage marketing strategy while also collaborating on concept development, new openings, public relations planning and outreach, events and activations, digital media and print advertising, promotions, and more. 

She is excited to be a part of the Apicii team because she is passionate about building iconic, destination-worthy bars and restaurants that offer unique and immersive nightlife and culinary experiences. Her philosophy is if you love and truly believe in the concepts you are marketing, the work is always exciting. 

Before joining Apicii, she spent nearly ten years working in food and beverage marketing with the Gerber Group. There, she led the marketing and social media strategy for buzz-worthy concepts like Mr. Purple in New York, NY. She loves the celebratory style and experience of dining, especially from pre-eminent tastemakers leading the industry. 

Lexe currently resides outside of New York, NY. She enjoys making her signature Caesar salad, and in her spare time, she’s a top-selling Poshmark ambassador with more than 125,000 followers.
