Ellie handles all things print and digital for NYC and national Apicii properties. She creates and manages marketing materials, provides art direction for seasonal photoshoots, and manages the digital presence of Apicii’s properties across multiple digital platforms. Her design experience includes west elm, Rosa Mexicano, and the NRDC, and she illustrates typographic signage whenever she gets the chance.
