Che has been with APICII since its inception in 2012 and, as Chief Administrative Officer, she provides office management, operations support, and leads APICII research projects. Her background includes positions as a legislative aide, project manager, research analyst, and administrator for governmental, private and nonprofit organizations. A self-proclaimed “culture junkie,” Che spends her free time exploring regional cuisines, cooking techniques, small batch coffee producers and experimenting with new recipes at home.
