Engaged by Ohana Real Estate to develop an upscale burgers and whiskey concept at the Montage Deer Valley.

Burgers & Bourbon serves the best of American classics including gourmet burgers, fresh cut fries, hand spun shakes, and craft spirits. The menu pays homage to local artisans and farmers whose passion and hard work produce the finest ingredients.

Our bar celebrates America’s distillers, both old and new, whose artful techniques produce a stunning array of craft spirits.  In tribute to their passion behind the craft, our bartenders serve iconic drinks inspired by America’s Golden Age of Cocktails – the Old Fashion, Mint Julep and Manhattan, to name a few.  Anchored by over 200 Bourbons and American Whiskeys, our collection has been curated to showcase the full breadth of the finest producers of craft spirits in America.
