Bernard worked on the retail and F&B strategy for the Ace Hotel, New York before opening Ward III and The Rum House, two prominent cocktail bars in New York City. Whether through fine dining or indulgent nightlife, Bernard’s vision and philosophy for APICII is to create exceptional and notable restaurants and nightlife experiences around the world.
